Who for?          Managers that want to create a high performance environment that leads to great results.

Purpose:           To help you get the best out of yourself and others.

Where:          Initially a 2 day workshop at a venue in the Lake District. 

When:           Saturday 26th February to Sunday 27th February 2010 (arriving evening of 25th) 

Outcomes

  • understand how you can put your strengths to work more effectively and how you can develop further.

  • Explore how your current values and beliefs impact on your leadership performance.
  • Identify how to make the most of your unique leadership strengths.
  • Create a motivating environment and make a difference.
  • Understand the strengths that others bring to your team.
  • Get the right balance between action and reflection, and ask the right questions to monitor your performance.
  • Feel more confident when you implement the art of leadership.

This is a practically based programme that will increase your potential to create motivating environments and get better results from your people.

Costs:                   £500.00 + VAT per person
