Network Director – Jackie Matthews
Jackie Matthews is the Network Director at Customer Service Network, responsible for the operational running of the network to ensure excellent service is delivered.
Before joining the network Jackie worked in a variety of well-known service organisations in senior HR roles and as a business leader of an award winning customer facing team of 200+ people.
Jackie has worked with directors to devise, develop and implement service excellence strategy and has managed significant organisational change to support company vision and values within customer focused environments to all CSN members.
