Business Development Director – Darren Young


Darren Young worked in senior customer service positions across the UK and Europe before joining CSN in 2006. He was involved in developing customer surveys and complaints management processes and has also worked as a customer service trainer and consultant to organisations in the communications, pharmaceutical, financial services and food sectors .

In his role as Business Development Director, Darren is responsible for operational delivery and growing CSN through a combination of new business, markets, products and initiatives.

Darren has an MBA from The University of Wolverhampton where he specialised in change management.
