CSN are based in Wolverhampton in the West Midlands.

We are a membership organisation with around 300 members of all sizes and from all industry sectors.

Our team of customer service professionals have an extensive background in customer service roles and have worked for and with some of the leading service excellence organisations in the UK.

We celebrated our tenth anniversary in 2007.
